Valentina Oxley

Sport has always been a very important part of my life. My sporting background before CrossFit includes acrobatic gymnastics, trampolining and cheerleading. When I started doing crossfit I was able to progress by transferring skills from my previous sports. The more time I spent learning new skills, the more my interest in CrossFit grew and I knew I wanted to pursue it further.

Not only do I love the constant ability to improve physically that the sport CrossFit offers, but also the community that it has, which is different from any other sport.

One of the best things about coaching is being able to share my passion with others. As well as this, being part of other people's fitness journeys and helping them to achieve the best they can be.

Qualifications and experience:

- Crossfit Level 1, 2021
- Personal trainer level 2+3
- NASM certified nutrition coach
- NASM certified corrective exercise specialist
