I'm Gábor, a Hungarian guy who worked in the corporate world for 12 years in Hungary, India & Denmark. Yoga became part of my everyday life in 2013 when I was living in India, and have been transforming my life ever since. I have learned from various international teachers then obtained my Registered Yoga Teacher certificate in Samyak Yoga Mysore, India in January 2018. I taught half a year in Copenhagen, Denmark in SALIG studio before moving to Valencia, Spain at the end of 2018. From February 2019 I’m organizing outdoor yoga classes in Valencia, in Jardín del Turia, in English & Spanish, and from May 2019 started to host yoga classes in Nexo Crossfit in Spanish.
Aside from the wonderful mental benefits, yoga transforms our bodies. It unlocks our full range of motion, improves our mobility & elasticity and develops awareness of our movements. Not only yoga can help you to maximize the weights you work with during CrossFit, but it can also reduce the risk of injury due to the increased body awareness, mobility & control. Last but not least, it also enhances our overall life experience outside the class by being able to stand, sit, move & breathe properly.
